Consultations:

Consultations are perfect for the couple who need advice on where to start, ideas or vision development, help when trouble arises, vendor selection or just about anything else you can think of. Couples can have as little as one consultation to as many as they need.

“Month 0f” Wedding Service:

This service is ideal for couples who have already done most of planning involved in the development of their day. Some of the things this package includes are, at least two meetings with your wedding coordinator during the month of your wedding to ensure everything is scheduled as it should be. The coordinator will also review your vendor contracts in detail and notify you of any potential problems or discrepancies. This service also provides that a lead coordinator and in most cases an assistant on the day of your wedding to ensure your day runs smoothly as intended. Initial meeting is usually scheduled one month prior to your wedding date.

Full Wedding Coordination/Planning:

With this package your wedding coordinator will work with you throughout your planning process. Services can include but are not limited to the following as each wedding and situation is unique; Vision development, vendor selection, vendor meetings, timeline and schedule development and ideas for any other aspect of your wedding. In addition, there will be a lead coordinator and at least one assistant on the day of your wedding. The number of assistants required will depend on the size of your wedding and is included at no extra charge.
